From port to end requirement

Local coordination
makes the difference.

A D1 approval appears in Harper’s administrative file. Preparing each programme must then identify the operators, facilities and resources suited to its execution.

01

A clear chain of responsibility

Receipt, storage, customs formalities, product release and final delivery must be assigned to identified, authorised participants.

02

Kamlog’s contribution

Kamlog’s general experience in forwarding, logistics and local coordination informs the preparation of operations. Petroleum-specific arrangements remain to be agreed with appropriately authorised operators.

03

Cameroon first

The programme is being developed for the Cameroonian market. Ports, terminals and routes are not presented as booked or operational until contractually confirmed.

04

CEMAC as a development perspective

Any development into Chad, the Central African Republic, Gabon, Congo or Equatorial Guinea requires a separate assessment of authorisations, formalities and commercial viability.
