Data and purposes
The form collects your name, company, reply details, enquiry subject and content, language preference and a record of consent. We use this information to understand your request, respond and provide follow-up. Do not submit passports, health information, bank details or confidential documents through the public form.
Basis
We process your enquiry on the basis of your prior consent. You may choose not to use the form or withdraw consent without retrospectively affecting processing already lawfully performed.

Access is limited to authorised Harper Petroleum personnel handling your request and providers needed to operate the service (including the host). Data is not sold.
Retention
